During the second World war it was damaged and later re-built and used as a guest house / hostel.

Situated as part of a terrace of houses in a beautiful garden square and now run as a small and friendly hotel with only 18 rooms.

The dolphin inn is a very well-located property, it was easy for us to get everywhere (Paddington station is only a few minutes walk). The bedroom was quite good and cleaned everyday. ... ++

*Cheap and clean

The location of this hotel was perfect for Paddington station . (5 min walk ) I Was a little concerned about what state the hotel might be in for the price I paid but was pleasantly surprised. We were up on the 3rd floor which my daughter counted 64 stairs! It's a long way up but still worth the money paid ! And the best thing for me is it is clean! I would definitely stay here again!... ++
